THE LOVE KILL .
Storyline .
THE LOVE KILL is a real-time historical thriller unfolding over a single fatal evening, exploring one of Russia’s greatest cultural mysteries: the alleged forced suicide of Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
Set within the glittering hypocrisy of Imperial Russian high society, the film reveals a world where reputation matters more than human life, forbidden desire becomes political danger, and murder can be plotted and executed with impeccable manners and a polite smile.
As rumors surrounding the composer’s private life threaten scandal, an elite circle of aristocrats realizes that destroying Tchaikovsky may be the only way to protect the powerful men whose reputations are tied to his fate.
Blending psychological suspense, political conspiracy, and emotional tragedy, THE LOVE KILL speaks directly to contemporary themes of public shaming, institutional hypocrisy, suppressed identity, and the destruction of inconvenient individuals by the very societies that once celebrated them.
As the project moves into financing and international co-production, we are seeking partners interested in a highly marketable contained thriller: a fast-paced, actor-driven prestige drama with limited locations, strong international appeal, and significant contemporary relevance.
